Nucleofill SOFT+ CE (EYES)
Nucleofill SOFT+ CE (EYES) is a specialised polynucleotide formulation developed for the delicate periocular area. Supplied as a 2ml pre-filled syringe, it is positioned for professional skin-quality improvement around the eyes, including the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles and dark circles.
Nucleofill SOFT+ CE (EYES) Overview
Nucleofill SOFT+ CE (EYES) is a dedicated polynucleotide skin booster designed for the delicate area surrounding the eyes. Unlike traditional dermal fillers that primarily focus on adding structural volume, this formulation is positioned around skin quality, hydration, tissue redensification and the visible appearance of fine lines and dark circles.
Product documentation identifies the Soft Plus formulation with 15mg of polynucleotides in 2ml, corresponding to approximately 0.75%. The same technical material lists a molecular weight of approximately 50–100 kDa and positions the Soft Plus formulation for concerns including wrinkles and dark circles. :contentReference[oaicite:0]{index=0}
The product is marketed under names including Nucleofill Soft Plus Eyes and Nucleofill Eyes, with current professional suppliers using the name Nucleofill SOFT+ CE (EYES). Current listings describe it as a professional periocular polynucleotide treatment supplied in a 2ml syringe. :contentReference[oaicite:1]{index=1}
Why Choose Nucleofill SOFT+ CE (EYES)?
The periocular area requires product selection that reflects the characteristics of thin, delicate skin. Nucleofill SOFT+ CE (EYES) is specifically positioned for the eye contour rather than as a general facial volumising filler.
Its low-molecular-weight polynucleotide formulation is intended to support professional skin-rejuvenation strategies focused on tissue quality. Manufacturer-related documentation describes the Soft Plus formulation as containing low-molecular-weight polynucleotide fragments in the approximately 50–100 kDa range. :contentReference[oaicite:2]{index=2}
This makes Nucleofill SOFT+ CE (EYES) a distinct option for clinics that want a dedicated polynucleotide product within their under-eye skin-booster portfolio.

Nucleofill SOFT+ CE (EYES) for the Periocular Area
The skin surrounding the eyes is one of the most delicate areas of the face and commonly displays visible signs of ageing earlier than thicker facial skin. Nucleofill SOFT+ CE (EYES) was developed specifically around this requirement rather than being a general-purpose polynucleotide formula.
Product documentation lists the periocular area as the primary treatment region and identifies concerns including dark circles, periocular wrinkles, dermoepidermal tissue redensification and superficial wrinkles without the use of traditional volumising fillers. :contentReference[oaicite:7]{index=7}
Professional product descriptions also position Nucleofill Eyes around hydration, skin quality and visible rejuvenation of the under-eye area. :contentReference[oaicite:8]{index=8}
Polynucleotide Technology and Skin Quality
Polynucleotides are DNA-derived nucleotide chains used in professional aesthetic formulations focused on skin quality and regenerative support. Nucleofill’s Soft Plus formulation uses purified polynucleotide material and is differentiated from more concentrated Nucleofill formulations by its lower concentration and low-molecular-weight profile.
The current Nucleofill technical brochure identifies Soft Plus at 0.75%, with 15mg PDRN/polynucleotide content in a 2ml syringe and an approximate molecular weight of 50–100 kDa. Its stated cosmetic-aesthetic positioning includes improvement of wrinkles, dark circles and circulation-related skin appearance. :contentReference[oaicite:9]{index=9}
This formulation profile is particularly relevant when a clinic wants to separate its eye-area polynucleotide offering from stronger or more concentrated products intended for broader facial or body applications.
Professional Applications
Fine Lines
Designed for professional management of the appearance of fine periocular lines and superficial wrinkles.
Dark Circles
Nucleofill Soft Plus documentation specifically identifies dark circles among its periocular indications. :contentReference[oaicite:10]{index=10}
Skin Redensification
Positioned for improvement of periocular skin quality and dermoepidermal tissue redensification.
Eye-Contour Rejuvenation
A dedicated option for clinics providing professional polynucleotide-based eye-contour rejuvenation.
